Officers, with boot/belt shining experience, HELP?

Before I use it, is Leather Luster any good for Duty Belt (basket weave)? I have a Safariland Belt, Safariland holster, Cheap handcuff cases, cheap mag pouches/ 1 leatherman case, generic PR-24 ring/ Flashlight ring, Quiet key pouch, Uncle Mikes Radio Holder and old keepers.

I just want a professional opinion before I do/do not use it. This stuff won't dry or damage my leather, right? I won't have to buy new leather in a year, right?
