UPDATED! Purplera1n RC2 TUTORIAL IPhone 3GS Jailbreak And Unlock Step By Step For 3.1.3

As promised geo hot released the jailbreak of iphone 3GS 3.1.3 new mc model having baseband 15.12.01 after the launch of ipad. These new MC models could not be jailbroken before. But now it is possible to jailbreak all iphones even the latest ones. This jailbreak was released on 15-APRIL-2010.
This is an UNTETHERED jailbreak so you can turn off your iphone without worrying that you wont have a jailbroken iPhone. If you don't know what jailbreaking means and what it does please message me

this jailbreak requires a customized iTunes (also provided)
This jailbreak is for iPhone 3GS,3G iphones with firmware 3.1.3 with new baseband 15.12.01
Also it works for ipod touch 2nd and 3rd gen even MC-MODELS
HOW TO JAILBREAK:
Step1:
This jailbreak requires a specific iTunes which needs this .NETfrework
Download and install this framework

STEP 2
If you already have iTunes uninstall it and install this specific iTunes version

Step 3:
Download purplera1n for WINDOWS AND MAC
For Windows

Step 4:
Run the purplera1n app. If you are on Vista, make sure you run it with Windows XP Compatibility mode by enabling it from the Properties tab.
Step 5:
Make sure iTunes is running
Step 6:
Click on make it ra1n
Step 7:
Let the app do its thing and wait for the phone to automatically reboot.
Step 8:
You should now have Freeze in the list of applications. Run Freeze, download Cydia and let it install it.
Step 9:
Finally reboot your iPhone 3GS. Voila! You should now have fully jailbroken and unlocked iPhone 3GS.

Hey guys don\’t be fooled by this post, he is on 3.0 not 3.1.3. and all his link don\’t work. He has the 3.0 baseband so he can use Ultrasn0w, it will not unlock the 3.1.3 baseband and he is just jailbreaking the 3.0 firmware. Asshole….giving false hope to people.

ive spent weeks of searching the internet on how to jailbrake my virgin iphone 3gs running on 3.1.3
and i found no solution at all.
come on. if someone with an iphone 3gs running 3.1.3, have no
SHSH backup at cydia whatsoever,
have tried this method and succeed,
i would like to hear that.
